Avoid Thermal Shock: Please handle your ceramics with care by avoiding sudden temperature changes. Refrain from pouring boiling water directly into a cold mug or placing a hot mug on a cold surface. Gradual changes in temperature are gentler on ceramic.

Storage: Keep your ceramic pieces in a safe place where they won’t knock against each other or hard surfaces. If stacking, use padding or soft cloth to separate them.
